Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos — we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
